This contract is between the user and DNB for activating a bank card for the Digital Receipts service in DNB ASA, you consent to the following terms and conditions:
- Service Activation: You agree to have your account and all linked payment cards activated for Digital Receipts as a service.
- Anonymity and Recognition: Your payment cards will be recognized anonymously at the point of sale/merchant.
- Delivery: Card recognition at the point of sale and digital receipt retrieval will be delivered using a Receipts AS infrastructure as a third-party infrastructure partner.
- Storage: Receipt data will be stored by DNB ASA and attached to the corresponding transaction in your account.
- Data Usage: The consent allows DNB ASA to store and present the receipt data solely to you, the customer and data owner.
- Data Steward: DNB ASA has no self-interest rights to use your data for any other purposes. The data is encrypted and not available to anyone in the bank.
- Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of any and all data within the receipt.
- Data sharing: This is controlled by the data owner as to which third party they choose to share the receipts with which can include inter alia, loyalty, expenses and insurance.
By proceeding with the activation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
